Miriacelis A. Ramos Vazquez is a bilingual attorney licensed to practice law in Texas since 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico.

During law school, Ms. Ramos Vazquez was an active member of the moot court team and a judicial clerk for Judge Edward Godoy. Fluent in Spanish, she is known for her strong problem-solving abilities and dedication to client advocacy.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP, Ms. Ramos Vazquez gained a well-rounded legal background with experience in personal injury, insurance defense, premises liability, immigration, and contract law. She has supported attorneys in complex litigation, trial preparation, and federal court proceedings.

Ms. Ramos Vazquez is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Western District.

Areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first- and third-party insurance defense.
