Ms. Nicholes received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah in 2000.  She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vermont Law School and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2004.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in June of 2024, Ms. Nicholes gained extensive experience in administrative law and enforcement of administrative adverse actions representing various Texas agencies.  Ms. Nicholes also has experience advising Life and Property & Casualty insurers regarding operational compliance.  Ms. Nicholes is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ms. Nicholes’ areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third-party insurance defense.
