Ms. McCleskey received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Law, Values, and Policy from the University of Houston in 2020. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2024.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in January of 2025, Ms. McCleskey worked for a family law firm in Houston, Texas. Ms. McCleskey is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ms. McCleskey’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third-party insurance defense.
