Mr. Clarke earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston in 2020. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2025.

Prior to joining Daw & Ray, LLP in May of 2025, Mr. Clarke worked as a Contract Specialist for a real estate investment firm in Houston, TX. He also interned for Judge Amber Rosen in the civil division of the Superior Court of California in San Jose and the Public Defender’s Office for Santa Clara County.

Mr. Clarke’s areas of concentration include construction defect law and contract litigation.
