Mr. Renton received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University in 2016. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law – Houston and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2023.

Prior to joining Daw & Ray, Mr. Renton worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm in Houston, Texas, before beginning there as an attorney upon licensure. Early in his career, Mr. Renton had the privilege to work on several high-profile cases and has been trusted with drafting numerous dispositive motions and appellate-level briefs. Mr. Renton is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Renton’s areas of concentration include construction defect, personal injury, mass tort and multi-district litigation, premises and commercial liability, and third-party insurance defense.
