Mr. Lopez Lena received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2020. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Seattle University School of Law, graduating cum laude.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in August 2025, he externed for the Honorable Chief Judge David G. Estudillo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and worked as a law clerk at Northwest Justice Project, focusing on employment and labor matters affecting farm workers. Mr. Lopez Lena is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Lopez Lena’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third-party insurance defense.
