Ms. Lane received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2004 and was licensed to practice law in Texas in that same year.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Lane worked as an administrator in local and state government agencies. While in law school, Ms. Lane was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Women’s Law Association. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Federal Magistrate Nancy Stein Nowak, and worked as a law clerk for Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in September 2007, Ms. Lane worked for a civil litigation firm in San Antonio, Texas handling all aspects of personal injury litigation including jury trials, arbitration and appellate proceedings. Ms. Lane is currently a member of the San Antonio Bar Association.

Ms Lane’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense.
