Mr. Demary graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1999. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2004.

While in law school, Mr. Demary was the Vice Dean of Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity and clerked for the 157^th Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas (the Honorable George C. Hanks, Jr.), the 152^nd Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas (the Honorable Ken Wise), and for two civil litigation firms.

Mr. Demary became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2004. He is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Before joining Daw & Ray, L.L.P. in June 2010 as a senior associate, Mr. Demary worked for another firm in Houston for six years, where he obtained extensive experience in civil litigation. He was promoted to Partner in July 2011.

He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar, Houston Bar Association, and Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Mr. Demary’s areas of practice include commercial litigation/liability, products liability, personal injury (automobile, oilfield, trucking, offshore), admiralty and maritime law, premises liability, mass torts, toxic torts (benzene, silicosis, asbestosis), medical malpractice and insurance defense.
