James K. Floyd, the Managing Partner of the San Antonio office, practiced law in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1991 until 2005. He set a standard for excellence early in his military career when he was selected as a Distinguished Graduate of U.S. Air Force ROTC.
While on active duty he successfully tried numerous high profile cases all over the world as an Area Defense Counsel at Osan Air Base Korea, then as a Circuit Defense Counsel in the European Judicial Circuit, and finally as the Chief Circuit Trial Counsel for the Central Judicial Circuit for the U.S. Air Force.
