Ms. Raymond received a Bachelor of Arts in Maritime Studies from the Texas A&M University at Galveston. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2004.

WBefore joining Daw & Ray, LLP in November 2010, Ms. Raymond worked for a civil litigation firm in Lubbock, Texas handling all aspects of consumer finance matters. Ms. Raymond is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas.

Ms. Raymond’s areas of concentration include creditor rights, premises liability, commercial liability, construction defects, and first and third party insurance defense.

The State Bar of Texas, through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, does designate attorneys as board certified in various areas of law. Willie Ben Daw, III, James L. Ray, and C. Thomas Valentine are board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. No other attorneys associated with Daw & Ray are board certified in any field recognized by the State Bar of Texas.
