Mr. Flynn received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Baylor University. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2008.

While in law school, Mr. Flynn clerked at the Harris County District Attorney’s office where he assisted in the prosecution of welfare fraud. Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in August 2008, Mr. Flynn worked for a civil litigation firm in Houston, Texas, mainly concentrating in the area of complex commercial litigation. Mr. Flynn is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas.

Mr. Flynn’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, commercial litigation, and insurance defense.

The State Bar of Texas, through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, does designate attorneys as board certified in various areas of law. Willie Ben Daw, III, James L. Ray, and C. Thomas Valentine are board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. No other attorneys associated with Daw & Ray are board certified in any field recognized by the State Bar of Texas.
